Reservation FAQ

  • How does it work?    Select day and seating time you prefer, complete the form and submit . Please specific  detail of your party. With the limited number of seats and workers, a good information is needed to ensure smooth service. 

  • What include in the price?  What you see listed in the Prix Fixe menu is what you get. Yes, everything but in smaller portions

  • What if I want more?   We do not supply food more than we need. Your request may be full filled with extra charge or may not available at all

  • Can I change to something else I like?   Sorry, we will only supply exactly what we offer in the exact amount for each guest in order to keep our cost in check

  • Any option for Vegetarian & Gluten Free?    Please specific on your request form If we have enough requests to assign extra chef, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • BYOB?   Yes! Bring as much as you like but keep in mind that we close at 9:00pm.

  • Can I bring more people than I've reserved?  Contact us first!! We have limited seats and resources . You don't want to ruin your night as we may refuse to seat extra person(s) or refuse the whole party of yours if you cause any trouble and no refund on top of that.

  • What if I have children? Do they pay the same price?  Please put that on your request form in detail, we will discuss  with you before accepting your reservation.. If you fail to do so and decide to just show up at the door, please read the answer in prior this question

  • What If I come later than my reserved seating time? We will do our best to accommodate you. Keep in mind that it will affect your dining time  as we have to accommodate the next seating diners as well.

  • So what is the cancellation policy?    Full refund (deposit or full payment) if cancel within 48 hours prior reservation date   No refund if cancel after this time window and absolutely no refund for No Show. 

  • How large  a party can you accept?  The largest tables we have can seat 8 adults comfortably. And we only have a few . 

  • What if you are fully booked?  We will notify you and put you on waiting list and contact you once someone fail to make a deposit or cancel the reservation
